About the Experiences

Not at all. Every experience is beginner-friendly and fully guided - if you can use your hands, you can pull cheese. Mozzarella Madam walks you through the entire process, no prior knowledge required.

You'll learn to stretch and shape fresh mozzarella curds by hand, season your cheese with oils and fresh ingredients of your choice, and taste your creation with curated pairings. It's interactive, hands-on, and social from start to finish. By the end, you'll have made mozzarella you can enjoy on the spot or take home.

The activity level is moderate. You'll be standing, stretching, and pulling, but at a comfortable pace. It's not strenuous, and the experience is designed to be enjoyable for a wide range of fitness levels.

Yes — you have a few options depending on what you're looking for:

  • Joining a public pull: Book a single seat anytime through Airbnb (June 29 – July 9 and beyond). No event planning required. Just show up and join.
  • Private or corporate event: Reach out through Inquire to plan a custom experience at your venue, in-home, or for your team.

These are open, recurring mozzarella-pulling sessions you can book individually through Airbnb. No event planning needed - just grab a seat, show up, and participate. They're ideal for solo travelers, couples, friends, or anyone who wants to try the experience without coordinating a group.

Public pulls run through late June and July at the Madam's private Condo in downtown Kansas City. Multiple sessions are offered daily (morning, afternoon, and evening slots). The exact address and times are shared when you book on Airbnb.
